POM14 Hilary Silver "New Generation"
Wednesday Mar 21, 2018
Wednesday Mar 21, 2018
Hilary Silver is a songwriter, yes, but most definitely gives credit to the heart of her rhythm and guitar playing, knowing the movement and sound is what catapults her into channeling the lyrics.
Hilary Silver's sound has been said to be a mix of rock, reggae, jazzy rhythm, with hints of world fusion in her tunes inspired by specifically an Afro-Brazilian religion/music called Umbanda which honors deities of nature. You can find her communing with the forests and oceans around southern Maine, drawing inspirations from the silent language of nature and hoping to inspire her listeners to connect to their own heart!
